4. How Does An Online Consultation Work?
Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.

6. What Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our website do not require a physical examination. A thorough review of your medical history is sufficient.
7. When Is My Order Reveiwed by the DR?
Generaly, all orders are reveiwed no later then 3:00pm EST by our physician. Any Order that comes in after 3:00pm EST will be reviewed the next day.
8. How will i know to take my medications and side effects?

9. Can I Order Medications Without Seeing A Doctor?
In most cases, yes. We encourage regular doctor visits and examinations. However, in some instances, in lieu of a physical exam in a physician’s office, the patient can complete an online questionnaire and communicate with one of our US licensed physicians using our secure online communication system. This process will never completely replace traditional medicine, but under certain circumstances, it does provide patients the ability to receive treatment for a number of conditions that may not require an additional physical exam.
For example: If you have recently had an in-office exam with a physician, in many cases you do not need to see another physical to receive a prescription for the medication you need. You can simply ask for your medical history to be reviewed by one of our US licensed physicians. A thorough review of your medical history is often sufficient for one of our doctors to be able to approve and write the prescription.
If the prescribing physician who is reviewing your questionnaire has a question about anything, a customer care specialist will contact you before determining whether or not to approve the prescription.
10. Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?
We are unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law.
11. What to do if the pharmacies make errors ?
You can email us and you can also call the phone number in the drug bottle to solve the problems. If you email us to solve the problems, we will send your questions with the order ID and tracking ID to warehouse guys and they will solve your problems immediately. Normally we do not keep records online. If the problem is not solved within ten days, you have to email us the order ID and tracking ID again to us.
SHIPPING FAQs
1. How quickly can I expect delivery?
The process takes 3 to 4 business days. After you place an order and if it gets approved at 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) you may contact us for your tracking ID.
If you reject order because of delayed emails or orders, you will be blacklisted by our pharmacy network.
2. What shipping methods are available?
We only offer Free USPS Priority Mail (1 – 3 days) .
Once the pharmacy has received and reviewed your prescription ( eight business hours), it will be filled and shipped typically within one business day. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.
We do not ship to American Samoa, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States Of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or outside the U.S.
3. Why Does The Carrier (USPS) Say My Order Isn’t In Their System?
When you get your tracking ID, Your Tracking Number will not be Viewable in the Carrier’s (USPS) System until They SCAN THE ORDER INTO THEIR SYSTEM. Which is usually after 8:00pm EST.
4. Do You Ship Orders Everyday?
We do not process prescription orders on weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 3:00 PM on Friday EST, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped out the following day.
5.What is the order status ?
Normally, the order status is “Pending CS review” —–> “Ready to Fill” —-> “Label Printed” —-> “Shipped”. You can get your tracking ID when it is “ready to fill”. But is is a long way to be shipped and records be updated by USPS. So place be patient after you have your tracking ID.
6. When can I ask for my tracking ID ?
Normally the pharmacy can assign an tracking ID after eight business hours. Please wait for eight business hours for tracking ID. It wastes both your time and our time if you ask too early. We have to answer your emails if it is only in Pending review status and we must close the ticket after we answer your email.
If your email is correct, the system will update your tracking ID once your order is shipped.
7. Why my emails are not answered in time ?
You email us too many times. When you email us, your topic will be top up in the queue. We work at the bottom of the queue for older emails.

Tracking ID will be sent to you as soon as we get it from the pharms. We have several pharms in our network. Some pharms are faster but some pharm are slower. But I can guarantee I will send you tracking ID as soon as I get it.
If you are returned customer and ordered in our returned customer only websites, please check the DNS and your refill days. Normally the Fioricet refill days are 23 days and Gabapentin refill days are 29 days. If you are in DNS state or you refill too soon, we can not send you tracking ID because the pharm will not ship it.
If you are new customer, we will find you a pharm that can ship to your state. New customer need more time because we have to check your address and your name and email to verify whether it is a valid order. We will send a welcome email to all new customers and let them know the steps to order COD prescription online and let them to verify whether their address in USPS system.
About blacklist:
We only do business with responsible persons. If you have sent us a bounced check, I will send you an proof photo, and ask you to pay us a money order. If you do not pay us a money order, I will blacklist you and never answer any email from you.
If you click “place order” button, and you do not pick up your order. We will not send you order any more till you promised us to always pick up your orders.
Our blacklist is shared by a lot of online pharmacies, and you will know you can not order online in the future.
Is it possible to only get a certain kind of fioricet when u order. i would like only white with mia / 110 on them they work the best .

I have not as yet received a letter regarding the approval and tracking number# I only received the acknowledgement paper showing my order was sent on for review which will be one week tomorrow..thank you in advance for looking into this
I received your order on Jun 13 and sent you the tracking Information on Jun 15. We use USPS COD delivery and I do think you can receive it within 5 business days.
Please remember the pharm does not work at weekend.
How long does it take to even get an e-mail saying you at least got my order?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you submit “place order” button, and your order and health condition will be sent to the doctors to review. After the doctor reviews, the pharmacists will review it and ask the pharmacist assistants to send the package and update the tracking ID.
The whole process needs two business days and we normally send you tracking ID as soon as we get the tracking ID posted. Normally it is just label print by USPS.
USPS needs another day to ship to you.

You can contact us the email that sent you order ID and tracking ID. We never send you order if you have not completed our online form and we never phone you to place your order.
If some guys call you to place orders or some guys send you automatic orders, they are not from and you are safe to refuse it.

I placed a order last week. You sent me a tracking number that was not for my order. This order went to a completely different state. I have made my payment to you and still have not received my medication and you dont respond to emails. Please check the order form carefully that I sent and the tracking number and you will see it was sent to a different state. I will be asking for a refund if this is not fixed.
