Why you reply my email so late ?

All our returned customers know our returned customer websites to order.

All your orders are processed by the data entry guys and robot automatically and your tracking ID will be sent within two business days (COD).

Most of emails are telling us about package delivery problems. Actually the package is already sent or will be sent. If it is in USPS system, we can do nothing on it. We will reply this kind of emails five business day late.

But if you have not received tracking ID within five business days, please let us know.
