Why my email was not replied ?

We check every single email but if you ask tracking ID , normally we will tell you four business day later because your tracking ID was sent or you have already received your package after four business days.

USPS and the pharms need time to update their records.

You really do not need email us about not receiving email tracking ID or package. Please check your spam/junk email folder first before contact us.

But you have sent a check or returned the package more than twice, the email you sent will be marked as read. We have no chance to read it.
