You do not need ask us for tracking ID or Order ID.
But you can contact us four business days later if you have not received your order ID and tracking ID.
For Card order, we only send you tracking ID.
When you contact us for tracking ID, please tell us your first name, your last name, and your ZIP.
If your order is label printed but not shipped, it is normal. Tell me four business days later if it was not shipped and I will ask the pharm to ship it or place a new order.
